Entry to the 2025 TECAs, sponsored by Altia, is open and all those working in the economic crime sector are encouraged to nominate those who have made a significant contribution in tackling all areas of crime, such as fraud, money laundering, bribery and corruption, tax evasion, counterfeiting and corporate espionage
The awards, which have been running for seven years, are free to enter and acknowledge individuals, teams, initiatives, and companies working in the UK across the public, private and third sectors and a category for those operating outside of the UK. They are designed to be both independent and inclusive, providing an opportunity for outstanding performers to be recognised and their successes to be celebrated.
Commenting on the awards, founder Professor Martin Gill said, “Building on the resounding success of previous years, we are delighted to announce the opening of the entries for 2025. The judges, all nominated by fraud specialist associations and groups, will mark entries to an ethics policy, declaring any conflict of interest on every mark sheet. The aim is to create a level playing field which is open and fair for all those who tackle economic crime.”
The entries are open until 15th July 2025 and nominations are invited in the following categories:
Outstanding Manager or Director
Outstanding Team
Outstanding Training Initiative
Outstanding New Product, Software or Technology
Outstanding Investigator
Outstanding Partnership
Outstanding Public Sector/Law Enforcement Initiative
